As a taster of our BITE Food Festival coming in January, we’ve a match made in heaven: the acclaimed Shaun Hill teams up with our own local hero, Dave Watts. Shaun Hill is one of the most admired chefs in the country with a CV that includes Robert Carrier’s restaurant in Islington, The Gay Hussar in Soho, Gidleigh Park, and 10 years as chef patron of the Merchant House Restaurant in Ludlow. A Michelin star-holder for 20 years, he’s been AA Restaurant Guide’s Chefs’ Chef, has won the Caterer Chef and Restaurateur Awards and the Egon Ronay Guide Chef of The Year Award. Since 2007 he has run The Walnut Tree in Abergavenny which has been showered with awards and acclaim. Experience the best of the best as these two chefs produce a superlative dinner for you.
