COOKING AND KNIFE SKILLS DEMONSTRATION
Saturday 18th September
Damian Clisby, Executive Head Chef at Cotswold House Hotel & Spa, will be demonstrating knife skills and creating his own signature dishes in the Robert Welch Studio Shop, Chipping Campden at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
The shop will be open as usual between 9.30am and 5.30pm and refreshments will be available. This event is part of the Discover Creative Campden weekend (17th -19th September.)
