Q. Can we bring children?
We are delighted to welcome children of any age, and we can provide foldaway beds in some rooms (extra charge £35.00), cots and high chairs (at no extra charge).
Q. Are there facilities for the disabled?
We have two ground floor cottage rooms that are accessible for wheelchairs, though not specifically designed for them. Both restaurants are on the ground floor. Please let us know when booking, of any disability so we can ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Hotel.

Q. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Both restaurants provide a wide and excellent choice for vegetarians, and we will be happy to try and accommodate other dietary needs if you let us know when booking.

Q. Is there a dress code?
We would prefer that guests did not wear jeans and trainers in the Juliana's Restaurant in the evenings, but otherwise we want you to be comfortable and relaxed when you are staying with us.

Q. Can we bring pets?
Cotswold House can accommodate dogs and cats in the hotel - but no birds thank you!

Q. What time can we check in?
Rooms are not usually available to guests before 2:00 pm on the day of arrival, but you are very welcome to leave your luggage at reception and make use of the restaurants and garden. We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 11:30 am on the day of departure but, again, you are welcome to use the hotel facilities for the rest of the day.

Q. Can we use mobile phones?
You are welcome to use mobile phones anywhere in the hotel, though the phone reception is not always good, but we do ask that you are considerate and respect other guests' peace and comfort.

Q. Can you arrange or suggest days out and places to visit?
We would be delighted to! You will find plenty of suggestions both here and in your room, when you arrive. If you have any questions or special requests, please ask us at reception.
