As our historic building spans three interwoven houses on a sloped High Street, it features numerous steps and no lift, though some ground floor rooms are available with limited step access. Our 28 ensuite bedrooms combine contemporary design with country-chic, overlooking scenic streets, rolling hills or manicured gardens. From cosy doubles to spacious family rooms, we have a stay to suit every guest.
Cosy Room
Our Cosy Rooms are smaller but no less comfortable, ideal for solo travellers or overnight stays for two. One has a walk-in shower, the other a shower over the bath. If you have a preference, please contact us.
Classic Room
Strikingly simple with character, our Classic Rooms offer a relaxing escape. Located on the first and second floors of the main building, all rooms feature air-con, tea & coffee with homemade biscuits, a flat-screen TV, and mini-fridge. Please contact us if you would like a twin setup.
Superior Room
Contemporary yet luxurious, our Superior Rooms offer the comfort of a double room with extra space. Enjoy delightful views of the honey-coloured High Street or the garden, plus a sumptuous king-size bed.
Feature Room
Situated on the second floor, this room features a king-size bed and exposed beams highlighting its period character. The bath with handheld shower is in the bedroom, with a separate toilet.
Cottage Room
Situated at the bottom of our charming gardens, our Cottage Rooms are built with Cotswold stone and exposed beams. Easily accessible and elegant, this room is ideal for a tranquil escape. The Cottage rooms are dog-friendly and look over the garden.

English country living undergoes a luxurious twist with our Seizencote and Grevel Suites, named after local interest. You’ll find the first tucked away in the confines of our manicured garden; the second, you’ll discover in Montrose House. Both feature large walk-in showers and oval-shaped stone baths for the ultimate sensory indulgence. There are a separate lounge, bathroom and bedroom and they both also have a private patio area.
Hot Tub Rooms
Our hot tub rooms offer something different to our more traditional suites. Alongside luxurious décor and cosy hospitality, you’ll also have your very own hot tub to enjoy, housed on a private terrace within the confines of our wider hotel gardens. With exclusive use throughout your stay, they provide the perfect opportunity for a moonlit soak – with a side of champagne recommended, of course.
Hot Tub Suite
Lonborough Hot Tub Suite is a tranquil garden suite with a roaring log fire – perfect for when you need that little bit of extra indulgence. Split over 2 floors, there is a lounge and entrance hall on the ground floor and bedroom & bathroom on the first floor- the bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is then a private garden to the side with high Cotswold stone walls with the private hot tub and outdoor seating area.
Hot Tub Cottage
Hidcote Hot Tub Cottage is a country-chic hidden gem, with a private garden that’s all yours throughout your stay. Set on the ground floor, enter from the main hotel gardens, there is a large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. The large bedroom features a seating area and entrance to private garden with lawned area and decking with private hot tub.
