Cotswold House has four spaces to hold Conferences & Meetings within the hotel.  Our largest suite can seat up to 110 theatre style, and our restaurant and lounge can be utilised for smaller meetings which can be set formally around a boardroom table or informally as a lounge.

There are various spaces around the building (plus the beautiful gardens) to break out into smaller groups for exercises and discussion.

We are available for simple room hire, day delegate packages and overnight delegate packages.

The whole hotel can be taken as Exclusive-Use and for All-Inclusive events.

Who should enter?

Companies who have a strong service culture can enter themselves by submitting an entry form. Nominations from customers who want to recognise companies that have provided excellent service over the last year or so are also welcome.
