What are the opening hours?
10am – 6pm 7 days a week. (Only closure is Christmas Day)
Is there an age limit for the spa?
You must be over 18s years old to access the Spa facilities, same applies for any Spa treatments.
Do I need to book for a spa treatment or swim?
Yes we recommend to book for both to avoid any disappointment on the day.
For swim times, our busiest time is from 4 – 6pm so please book ahead if this is your preferred time.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, all gift vouchers can be purchased from our website.
Is the spa an extra cost to hotel guests?
Cotswold House guests receive 2 hours of complimentary Spa access per day of their stay. Noel Arms, there is a charge of £10pp for a 2 hour slot. Individual prices apply for any Spa treatments.
What kind of treatments does the spa offer?
We offer a range of body and facial treatments which include massages, body polish, wraps and facials tailored to your skins needs. We use the exclusive product range from La Sultane De Saba.
Can non-residents use the spa?
Yes non residents are welcome to use the Spa facilities, there will be a charge of £20pp for a 2 hour slot.
How early should I arrive before my treatment?
We always recommend arriving 15 minutes before your treatments are due, this allows time to relax, get changed and fill out one of our consultation forms.
What if I am late for my treatment?
If you are late, we will try our hardest to shuffle the schedule for you to make it work. If this isn’t possible, an alternative day will be offered for your to enjoy your treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival for individual Spa treatments and 72 hours for Spa Days. We will try our hardest to fill your slot but if this isn’t possible full cost will be charged.
Can I use the spa if I’m pregnant?
Yes you are welcome to use the Spa if pregnant. The Hydrotherapy pool is a warm 32c which is safe, but we recommended to avoid use of the Steam room. Treatments are also available if you are between 12 – 37 weeks.
Can I have a Spa treatment if I have a medical condition?
Please make the Spa aware of any medical conditions you may have when booking your treatments. If you are unsure, please check with your doctor prior to booking.
If you are suffering from anything contagious, please note your treatment may be cancelled on the day.
Is the hotel connected to the Spa?
The Spa is a separate building situated at the top of the hotel’s gardens; we have a separate postcode GL55 6AU which will also take you directly to the hotel car park.
How do I get to the spa?
The hotel car park is located adjacent to the spa. To find us we are on Back Ends which loops from each end of the High Street of Chipping Campden. We are the red brick building with round windows.
