The whole day was seamless and perfect.You took all of the stress out of planning a wedding and made it so easy for us. Your attention to detail was incredible. “Our wonderful wedding day! We chose Cotswold House as our venue not only due to the stunning location, and fabulous food but also due to Mandy - the Cotswold House Wedding co-ordinator. She made us feel at ease and she made sure that every step of the way we knew what we should be doing and brought everything together beautifully for our day. We had a medium sized wedding (45-day guests, 20 evening) and the facilities fitted us perfectly. We made use of the beautiful grounds and had a stunning ceremony on the croquet lawn, reception drinks on the patio and gardens and then had a stunning meal in the Montrose suite. The staff took care of the timings and made sure everyone was always where they were supposed to be and they ensured we got a little time to ourselves throughout the day. A perfect day that we will cherish always. Thank you Mandy and the team!

We had a lovely wedding breakfast accompanied with great paired wines. The staff were superb and we would like to thank Mandy for all her help and support on the day. “We had our wedding here on the 26.07.25, Mandy and the team went above any beyond to not only make the day the most special day of our lives, but the planning process throughout the past 18 months, was seamless and enjoyable.

We really can’t thank the team enough for the care and attention to detail, they have shown us. Not only is it a picturesque backdrop, and an exceptional standard of food and service (for our 90 day guests and 120 evening guests), alongside many other perks such as late license to 1am, and that at the time of booking, it was no extra charge to have our wedding on a Saturday, also all added to our special day.

We were slightly concerned as the venue wasn’t ‘exclusive use’ but we need not have of worried, as on the day it felt completely ours and very private. We also had 15 rooms booked for the night of wedding and everyone said how lovely the accommodation was - ourselves along side many of our family and friends, will be looking forward to visiting again. “Thanks to the amazing Mandy, Christian and rest of the team at Cotswold House Hotel we had the most wonderful wedding day!
Mandy has been there every step of the way, helping getting all the details right, ensuring that the day ran smoothly and answering all our questions.
All the food was incredible and the team were able to make a couple of last minute changes to accommodate some dietary requirements we were notifed just before the wedding. Also arrangements for alcohol free and gluten free alcohol drinks on top of the dietary requirements really made our guests feel included. One of the best touches was that the team made sure we got some of our Canapés by serving us directly. We stopped in one of the hot tub cottages which was beautiful, cosy and so comfortable and allowed plenty of space for hair and make-up on the morning of the wedding.The weather was good on the day so we were able to have photographs in the beautiful and peaceful gardens. Overall, we loved our wedding day at this amazing venue with a fantastic team - thank you”

“We cannot thank Cotswold House enough for ensuring perfection on our wedding day. Mandy, Christian and the whole team made sure everything ran smoothly. The food and drink was to die for - from the welcome drinks and canapes to the beautifully cooked and presented meal; we had so many compliments on the meal being the best people had ever had at a wedding. The featherblade of beef melted in your mouth! We married and had our wedding breakfast in the Montrose suite - a stunning room with vaulted ceiling which was always beautifully lit. Our guest tables were set up exactly how we wanted, and the designer cutlery and crockery really elevated the dinner. Mandy was always on hand to answer any of our questions and calm all of the last minute panics on the day - her help and guidance in the lead up to the day was invaluable. The UK weather definitely challenged us as it tipped it down for most of the day - but in the dry spells we were able to take some wonderful pictures in the gorgeous manicured gardens. Like a little Eden in the middle of bustling Chipping Campden. We had an unforgettable day thanks to everyone at this amazing venue. Thank you!”

“Right from our very first meeting at Cotswold House Hotel, we knew that it was the right wedding venue for us. Mandy, our coordinator, arrived armed with a printed brochure and a plethora of information. She was organised and thorough throughout the whole planning process, meeting with us as regularly as we wanted, and always being available by email to answer my many questions. She also was able to recommend fantastic local suppliers, like The Bay Tree florist. On the day, the staff were wonderful, even making sure we got to eat the canapés at the drinks reception after our formal photos were complete. So many of our guests commented on the food, saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The venue itself is stunning, and fully air-conditioned - which was particularly important for us during an August heat wave. The gardens are wonderful, especially for a summer wedding. We had our ceremony in The Fig, which was a selling point for me. I loved the natural light from the windows overlooking the garden, and the Georgian feel of the room. We then had our breakfast and reception in The Montrose Suite, which was the perfect size for our 60 guests. We stayed in one of the hot tub suites, which was ideal for bridal preparations, there was so much room downstairs for hair, makeup, and bridesmaids. I'm so glad we chose Cotswold House Hotel for our wedding venue, it could not have been more perfect. We have the best memories, and photos from the day!”
